After creating, supporting, training and financing Al Qaeda worldwide, now in Syria they have the most advanced weapons among all their peers from Abu Sayyaf in Philippines to Boko Haram in Nigeria through Taliban in Afghanistan, including everywhere else infested by these CIA agents.

Qatar managed to 'smuggle' with the help of the Muslim Brotherhood in Turkey to Al Qaeda FSA terrorists dozens of shoulder-fired missile systems capable of downing any commercial civilian airplane within their range and some of the military fighter jets. Obviously the target is not the fighter jets as much as creating and spreading havoc across the Middle East.
Washington Post, a NATO prominent mouthpiece, reported that up to 40 of these manpads but tries to clear the US administration's role as if this dangerous unprecedented step was against Obama's administration's will, while everybody knows that CIA agents are very much active on the Syrian borders inside Turkey and they supervise all these deliveries and a profound fact that neither the Qatari Emir nor the Turkish Prime Minister can act independently without getting the instructions from Washington.
