In a stinky way, the empire of Qatar tries to bribe the Syrian farmers in the occupied Golan Heights by offering to buy their produce of Apples, the best apples on earth, to imply that the Syrian state is unable to buy it, although the Syrian state since the Golan Heights were occupied bought the entire produce of the farmers there and to turn the farmers against their mother land Syria.
