Ziya T. aka Laz Ziya (code name), was at large and wanted by the Turkish security forces for a long time, Rapist and Murderer of US citizen Sarai Sierra in the scandalous infamous case that shook the Turkish public opinion. He was arrested upon his return to Turkey from Syria at the borders by Turkish security forces. He was fighting along with Syrian terrorists against the Syrian people and their government, where he was injured.
He confessed his brutal cold-blooded inhuman crime of raping and murdering the American woman. He also said that the woman resisted him for half an hour, and after the double crime he crossed borders into Syria to fight along with the terorists. He received a bullet in his leg, received medical treatment for 10 days and decided to go back to Turkey.
