Meanwhile, a military source in Hama said that the Armed Forces killed a number of terrorists from al-Qaeda-affiliated Jabhat al-Nusra in al-Mgheir village in the northern countryside.
Speaking to SANA reporter, the source stressed that the army members seized large quantities of ammunition and weapons used by the terrorists, including scores of mortars, Nato sniper rifles, RPGs and automatic rifles.
In a relevant context, the engineering units foiled terrorists' attempt to detonate tens of explosive devices planted on the roads of the village.
In the same context, the competent authorities killed and injured scores of terrorists in Hylfaia city.
Emad al-Khourj who is a member of "Katayb al-Farouq" which is affiliated with Jabhat al-Nusra was identified among the dead terrorists.
Meanwhile, the engineering units dismantled 8 explosive devices weighing between 40-50 Kg were planted by the terrorist groups on al-Sqalbia -Muharda road.
