Syria: Aleppo terrorist attack a "War Crime" - Ki-Moon

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called the recent terrorist attack at a university in the Syrian city of Aleppo a "war crime" and demanded a thorough investigation according to the deputy spokesman for the world body, Eduardo del Buey.

"The deliberate choice and targeting of the civilian population constitutes a war crime," del Buey quoted the secretary general as saying.
According to official reports, the victims of the explosion number more than 80 people and 160 more were injured.
Among the dead and injured are students and Syrians who had lost their homes and were temporarily housed in student dormitories.- JA
