Terrorist Use Chemical Weapons in Syria, UN Will Investigate

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay has welcomed the Secretary General's decision to conduct a United Nations investigation into the possible use of chemical weapons in Syria.

And she says her office stands ready to join the investigation, if requested to do so.

UN chief Ban Ki-moon announced his decision to launch an investigation into possible use of chemical weapons in Syria on Thursday (21 March).

Speaking to journalists in Geneva, Spokesman Rupert Colville says if chemical weapons do indeed turn out to have been used, this can only be described as an abominable and depraved act.

He said, "we hope these reports turn out to be incorrect, because if they are true this terrible conflict will have plunged to new depths. The use of chemical weapons would most likely be either a crime against humanity or a war crime. The High Commissioner echoes the Secretary- General's call that if such a crime has been committed these responsible must be held accountable."

He went on to say that the High Commissioner reiterates her call to all parties to the conflict to immediately halt attacks against civilians, and to go beyond that — to actually provide for their protection.

Refugees Camps or Sex Slaves Markets

So, while the fathers are out in "holy Jihad" to get the promised 72 virgins, they leave their families in the Refugees Camps in Jordan and Turkey. The forgotten families are left to their own devices in the Camps where nothing is for free. Many had to sell their own daughters in sham marriages or outright prostitution to feed the rest of the family.

Um Majed is the matriarch of such abandoned family; her husband owned a car wash in Homs. Last year, he was hit by a stray bullet and after Um Majed nursed him back to health he joined a militia fighting with the Free Syrian Army.
"I now wish the bullet pierced his heart," she says bitterly. "He abandoned me to fight and left me with the burden of supporting the family."
"What does freedom mean?" she asks. "We were living with pride and in our own country. I asked my husband this question. He said that they are Alawites and we fight them. But the Saudis are Sunni like us and they harass Syrian girls. Is this religion? Is this freedom?"

So faced with death from hunger or a life of shame, many are choosing the latter. Those who won't are requesting to be allowed back to Syria. At least 250 refugees are asking to return to their country daily from the camps in Jordan.

Syrian Refugee Camps to many Arabs are nothing more than sex slave markets, where the younger the slave is the better. The matchmaker speaks of her brides and grooms "Girls are between 12 and 21. The grooms are always in their 40s, 50s, or 70s. They want beautiful girls, the younger the better."

Everything is for a price and all girls as young as 12 are treated as objects for sale.
"Wherever I go I get proposals," Eman a 29 years old refugee says with more weariness than pride. "They ask, can I smell your perfume for 20 dinars? ($28) Can you lift your veil for 35 dinars ($50)? I'd rather die of hunger than do something wrong."

Prices of brides had plummeted to 100$, many child brides are abandoned weeks after the marriage to the extent that a 15 years old girl had been married three-four times already.

Father of Turkish Jihadist Blames the Erdogan Government for his Son's Death in Syria

A Turkish family received a phone call from a man in Syria informing them about the death of their son who went to Syria for Jihad against his family's will. As the family is seen weeping in mourning, the father talks to the TV camera while primarily blaming the Erdogan government for practicing an "open borders" policy when it comes to letting foreign jihadists - among them over 10,000 Turkish young men - cross the Syrian-Turkish border illegally to conduct Jihad inside Syria, allegedly to fight against the Syrian government and its army. These jihadists however have been shown to attack civilians, mostly on sectarian basis, destroy infrastructure, loot, rape, and implement Sharia law.

Al-Jaafari: Arab League Has Become Divided and Controlled by Arab Gulf's Petro-Dollars and Islamist Fundamentalism

Mar 23, 2013

NEW YORK, (SANA) – Syria's Permanent Representative at the UN Dr. Bashar al-Jaafari affirmed that the crises which emerged in the Arab world caused the collapse of the defense lines on which the Arab and Islamic nations have been built for decades and centuries, which warrants a reform of religious, political, economic and social mentalities.

In an interview with al-Mayadin TV on Friday, al-Jaafari said that Arabs are divided inside the international organization like their countries, and that when he talks to them bilaterally, many Arab ambassadors apologize for the policies of their countries and governments and say that what is happening to Syria is a big mistake and a great shame on the so-called Arab League and some Arab capitals which are directly involved in conspiring against the Syrian people and state and the future of Arabs in general.

He said that western and Arab sides are very frustrated due to the failure of their various diabolical efforts which took various forms since the beginning of the crisis with the goal of breaking Syria's will, defame Syrian diplomacy, weaken political will, and depict Syria as being helpless to respond to the crisis.
Al-Jaafari said that interference attempts came through various gates, including the issues of the displaced, humanitarian passages, no-fly zones, the so-called "friends of Syria" conferences, forming representatives bodies and councils abroad, and convening 19 Arab ministerial conferences, all of which were dedicated to discussing the crisis and undermining the Syrian position and show it as helpless to move and react, thereby toppling the standing, resilience and strength of the Syrian argument which says that there is an internal crisis and just demands, but there are also other facets which are foreign interference, terrorism in all its forms, and summoning military intervention by the Arab League against Syria which is a founding member in a member that contradicts the League's charter, the Arab mutual defense treaty, and Arab countries' obligations.

Syria's Permanent Representatives that conspiracies at the Security Council were foiled by the strength of the Syrian argument, the positions of friends, the solidity of the solidarity among Syrians, the political direction of the leadership, and the clarification of the image of what is happening in Syria and its regional and international dimensions.

He pointed out that the role of the chairmanship of the Security Council is very important in directing its methods, mechanisms and results in dealing with any given crisis, adding that Russia's current chairmanship of the Council played a positive role in issuing a press statement denouncing the assassination of scholar Dr. Mohammad Saeed Ramadan al-Bouti and calling it a terrorist act.

Al-Jaafari noted that the Security Council tried to issue seven press statements denouncing terrorist acts in Syria before, but these statements were thwarted by western countries in the Council.

He said that since the crisis began, Syria directed 391 letters to the UN Secretary-General and Security Council members, 154 of them on combating terrorism and informing the members of the terrorist acts taking place in Syria, in addition to dozens of letters which prove by name, date of birth, nationality and location that hundreds of foreign terrorists – whether from Jabhet al-Nusra or from other groups – were killed in Syria after crossing into it from neighboring countries, particularly Turkey.

Al-Jaafari affirmed that western countries are distributing roles among themselves inside the Security Council in a manner that suits their policies which support armed terrorist activities inside Syria.

He said that the public opinion are aware that Russia and China used veto right three times, but it doesn't know that these friendly countries also presented several draft resolutions that were thwarted by western objection and therefore were never issues, adding that it could be said that western countries used veto five times in an unannounced and unofficial manner in the Security Council against draft resolutions prepared by friendly delegations seeking to help resolve the crisis in Syria politically according to the UN charter, away from military intervention and repeating the Libyan and Iraqi experiences, and away from exhausting the UN charter and international law principles.

Al-Jaafari stressed that the Arab League has become divided and is controlled by the Arab Gulf, petro-dollars, and Takfiri, Wahabi, Jihadist Islamist fundamentalism, adding that the League tried to make the Security Council hostile against Syria and hid the Arab observer mission's report from it, and when the League failed it transitioned to supporting terrorism and arming terrorist groups in Syria, forging an alliance with the Turkish government to open its borders to all terrorists.
He pointed out that the armed terrorism targeting the Syrian people and its infrastructure does so with money from the Arab Gulf, support from Turkish and western intelligence agency, and the complicity of some Arab regimes controlled by the fundamentalist tide.

Al-Jaafari said that terrorist groups cannot manufacture chemical weapons without supervision from scientifically-advanced intelligence agencies which possess the necessary technology for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction, noting that western countries and their subordinate Arab countries were the first to raise this issue with the aim of covering up the arming of terrorism and finding a new excuse to interfere,

The Permanent Representative pointed out that the Syrian mission at the UN is facing a many-faceted siege, such as closing its bank account in New York, prohibiting any account for it in Wall Street, in addition to pestering and constraints that are dealt with diplomatically through the relevant UN and US authorities.

True Islam is Being Assassinated by Wahhabis in Syria

Fight in Syria had included since day one, attack on its secular nature. Sheikh AlBouti was the latest and most prominent victim of a two years attack on Syrian religious figures. An attack that was launched by FSA on Muslims and Christians who refused to fall prey to the intended civil war scenario. Here are some other martyrs who preferred death to giving up on the true essence of their religions or order the killing of their own nation. They all loved Syria more than they loved money or their next breath:

Dr. M. Sa'id Ramadan Al-Bouti was murdered on 21/3/2013 in Al-Eman mosque in Damascus by a suicide bomber while giving a religion lesson. 48 others were killed by the terrorist attack. AlBouti's only fault was teaching peace, and tolerance. He was adamant in his support to the Syrian Arab Army, he just recently called all Muslims to fight against FSA extremists. More on AlBouti achievements:http://syria-updates.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/dr-m-said-ramadan-al-bouti.html

Sheikh Hassan Bertawy, Imam of AlNawawy mosque in Ruken Addin was assassinated by FSA on 27/8/2012. The terrorists who were stalking him had shot him in front of his house in Ruken Addin - Damascus. The Sheikh had appeared repeatedly on Syrian tv, he was known for being pro-regime. Before assassinating him the terrorists had threatened him against appearing on tv, and went as far as burning his home.

Sheikh Abd Al-Latiff AlShami was kidnapped by FSA from Amneh mosque in Seif AlDawleh – Aleppo, while praying early on Friday 25/7/2012. He was kidnapped right in front of the worshippers. The kidnappers had fired warning shots to stop people from aiding the Sheikh. His body was found few hours later in Seif AlDawleh park. The Sheikh had participated in several pro-regime functions, held hands with priests in show of a united secular Syria…

Dr. Mohamad Ahmad Awf AlSadik, the Imam of Anas Bin Malek mosque in AlMidan – Damascus was killed on 15/2/2012. Terrorists opened fire on the Sheikh's car while he was heading home. The Sheikh had appeared more than once on the Syrian tv, he asked Saudi Sheikhs on live tv just days before his murder "How can you ban protesting in Saudi Arabia and allow it in Syria". The martyr had a doctorate in Sharia, was married and had four children.

Sheikh Adnan Saab, the Imam of AlMuhamady mosque in Mezzeh – Damascus was killed on 19/3/2013. His car was bombed while he was heading from his home in AlZahera to the mosque to perform morning prayers.

Sheikh Naser AlAlawi, the Imam of Sayda Zainab mosque was killed on 14/4/2012 while going back home in Sayda Zainab from the evening prayers. He was shot from a close range; those who were present said it was like an execution. The murdered was a renowned Shia cleric.

Sheikh Abd Allah AlSaleh, head of Islam affairs "Oqaf" in Raqqa. He was killed on 30/12/2012 in front of his house. The Sheikh was known to for his pro-regime stance.

Priest Basilios Nassar was killed in Kafer Bahem - Hama on 25/1/2012. FSA had shot the priest who was trying to aid an injured man, a Muslim.

Priest Fady Haddad was found dead on 25/10/2012 in Rif Dimashq. The priest was kidnapped while giving FSA ransom to release a hostage from his congregation in Qatana. His body was found maimed, his eyes gouged & his head scalp removed.

Beside the attack on religious figures, FSA came with a hit-list full of intellectual figures to take out, scientists, prominent actors, doctors, researchers, generals. They're trying to take back Syria to the stone age, just like they did in Iraq, to read more: http://democratic-syria.blogspot.com/2012/10/fsa-murders-dr-tasabihji-head-of.html

Belgian MP denounces his government support of Syrian Rebels

"Arming Syrian rebels to oust a legitimate power is the implementation of a Zionist strategic plan..... Arming Syrian rebels who enroll kids as cannon fodder is not only a violation of international law but a crime against humanity" This is what Laurent Louis, member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives had told his country's government and people. But despite the requests from its own people the Belgium government still keeps a blind eye to the violations of human rights and crimes against humanity committed by the Syrian opposition militias?
