Destroying the infrastructure of Syria comes very much in line with the NATO member countries to achieve their goals in weakining the Syrian state in order to topple it and install a puppet regime in its place, and also to create contracts for their companies to rebuild the infrastructure at the account of the Syrian people; of course, nobody better than Al Qaeda FSA terrorists can carry out such attacks.
